These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Foliomatic. Please review them carefully—especially billing, acceptable use, and refund timelines.

Acceptance & Eligibility

  • By using Foliomatic, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
  • You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.
  • If you are using Foliomatic on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts & Security

  • Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for activities under your account. We may suspend access for suspected abuse or security risk.
  • We may send security notices and transactional emails related to your account.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

  • Paid features require an active subscription or one-time purchase, billed by our payment processors.
  • Taxes and fees may apply based on your billing location.
  • Refunds are only available within 7 days after the first paid invoice. After that window, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future billing cycles unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service performance.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, including spam, malware, or discriminatory material.
  • Use AI outputs responsibly; you are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.

Intellectual Property

  • Foliomatic retains all rights to the platform, brand, and underlying technology.
  • You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and display it to provide the service.
  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation.

Availability & Modifications

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Features may change or be discontinued. Material changes will include notice when required.

Termination

  • You may stop using Foliomatic at any time; cancellation may end access at the current billing period’s end.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or security risk.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Foliomatic is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
  • AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing before use.
